Anytime between 6:30AM and 7:30AM at the Buckeye Kayak Fishing Trail Booth next to the Whitewater Warehouse booth in the Midwest Outdoor Experience
Cost
$20 entry fee with optional $5 big fish entry.
100% of the money is paid out to the participating anglers based upon place of finish!

Measure-in
4:00PM at the Buckeye Kayak Fishing Trail booth next to the Whitewater Warehouse booth in the Midwest Outdoor Experience (designated parking will be reserved for anglers and explained at check-in).
Prizes
Any angler who does not place in the money spots become eligible for raffle prizes! Raffle prizes are donated by our amazing sponsors, so be sure to check them out!
At this event we will be raffling off various products donated by Whitewater Warehouse (over $150 in value)
There will also be kayaks provided by Whitewater Warehouse available to demo at the measure-in including some of the hottest WIlderness Systems, Feel Free, and Native Watercraft models.
Sponsor Challenge
The FIRST person who measures-in a Fish Ohio Smallmouth Bass (20"+), Largemouth Bass (21"+), Northern Pike (32"+), or Saugeye (21"+) will win a Smallie Stix fishing rod!





Immediately following the measure-in for this event we will be announcing the top finishers on the trail including the 2014 Angler of the Year and the YAK Ohio winners. $150 in prizes is split between the top 3 in EACH of the YAK Ohio categories. We also be drawing the winner for the Wilderness Systems Ride 115X!!!!
The measure-in is also a good oppurtunity to meet & greet fellow kayak anglers of all skill levels.
Remember, any anglers who qualify for Angler of the Year in 2014 (participate in at least 4 events; max. of 1 online) will be entered to win a brand new Wilderness Systems Ride 115X!!!!!

Lodging/Camping
Camping is available for FREE at the Midwest Outdoor Experience.
Event History....
This was one of the more popular trail stops in 2013! The phrase "this is much bigger than I thought" was overheard several times by anglers last year. There are live bands, craft beers, vendor booths, action exhibits, and many things that can occupy your time Friday night and after the tournament on Saturday. Anyone is able to camp free at the festival.
THERE WILL BE NO SHUTTLES PROVIDED: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN SHUTTLE OR CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE LIVERY TO SET ONE UP! The maps listed below show several different canoe livery's that can help you with your shuttle. Another option on finding a shuttle is to post to our Facebook page asking for help HERE

*Stillwater River - MAP
The entire river from State Route 718 (SW 27.0 on map) downstream
*Mad River - MAP
Entire river South/downstream from SR 41 (MR 27.1 on map)
***There are lowhead dams throughout sections of the eligible fishing waters! Be sure to know what is on the section of water you are fishing.
