Lodging/Camping

Kiser Lake has 75+ campsites. There are ~10 campsites that offer electric. There are only about 5-10 campsites located directly on the lake (none of them have electric).  The BKFT staff more than likely will secure a group site on or near the water.  Be sure to check for updates on our Facebook Page.

A Look Back....

The 2013 Kiser Kayak Classic was one of our most popular and most attended events. There were anglers participating from WV, IN, and KY. The lake has a ton of lily pads and you could hear bass exploding on the surface the entire tournament. Getting them hooked was another task all together.   Last year the event was interrupted by a massive storm that forced anglers to seek shelter for about an hour.  Once the storm passed anglers hit the water with about an hour and a half until measure-in...many took advantage. When all was said and done the top 10 anglers all eclipsed 40" (3 bass total).  The winner of the tournament was Rylan Hayes with 48". Rylan used this tournament to help propel him to a runner-up finish for the 2013 Angler of the Year. The big bass of the tournament was 19" and caught by 3rd place finisher Neil Farley.
